Return and after sales service
Our "after sales service" is accessible by email at sav@bike.cool. If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep one or more items ordered, please read carefully the following lines.
You have the possibility, during 14 days from the date of the reception of this one, to send us back your purchase, in its packing of origin, for exchange or for refund.
Attention, you must contact us beforehand so that we give you a number of return, This number will have to be visible on the parcel that you will send back to us.
No parcel will be accepted if this number does not appear on the packaging.
Shipping costs of this package, from home to home, are your responsibility, in all cases unless we have made an error in the delivery of this or these item (s). In this unique case, we will give you the instructions for returning this package and you will be reimbursed for the costs caused by this error.
If you wish to exchange one or more items, you will first have to ask us for the return number. Then please send us back, at your expense, the item (s) to be exchanged by enclosing a small word explaining what you wish in place of the returned items. If the total of new items is greater than the old total, please specify the payment method chosen for the difference. Please also add shipping costs from us to your home. You will have to pay these shipping costs, from us to your home.
If you wish to be reimbursed, you must first ask us for the return number. Then send us back, at your expense and in its original packaging, the item (s) for which you wish to be refunded by enclosing a note indicating that you wish to receive a refund for this item (s).
The refund of this (these) item (s) will be made by bank transfer of the value of this (these) article (s) at the time when it (s) was (are) bought (s).
The return of merchandise for exchange or refund may be made by mail or by a private carrier, at your expense and under your full responsibility, in case of loss, theft or damage.
Make sure that the items returned are in an absolutely new condition and in their original packaging. No item will be exchanged or refunded if it can not be sold as new again.
We ask you to scrupulously respect the above procedures in order to proceed with the exchange or refund as soon as possible.

All products that we offer are covered by the legal warranty.
The normal wear of certain parts such as chains, bottom bracket, steering bearings, etc. (non-exhaustive list) is not covered by the guarantee.
If you believe that an item purchased from us has a manufacturing defect or premature wear, you must first contact us to explain the problem and see if a warranty can play.
